Lee Mizusawa teaches Strategy classes to Seniors and has been teaching at Paul College for twelve years. Lee has over 30 years of experience in global management, brand management and strategy consulting. He is currently a strategy consultant, primarily on consumer products, and has worked in this field for over ten years. His specialty is business turnarounds, and he worked three years as a turnaround CEO for private equity portfolio companies. His corporate experience includes eleven years as President of U.S. and international subsidiaries for African Plantations, a premium coffee and tea company headquartered in London and Harare, and for Lindt & Sprüngli, a global premium chocolate company headquartered in Zurich. Lee started his career in brand management at Kraft Foods, working on businesses ranging from $100MM to over $1B in revenue. His accomplishments include profit turnarounds of $10MM and $30MM and two successful start-ups.
