Guidelines for Events, Programs and Meetings in Paul College

Anyone planning an event, program or meeting within Paul College is required to familiarize themselves with and adhere to the guidelines found here. Lack of adherence may results in the loss of privileges to reserve space within Paul College or to obtain gifts/swag. 

Resources for Planning an Event in Paul College

During the academic year, Paul College space is restricted to Paul College-sponsored events/functions.

It is the responsibility of the event organizer to submit reservation requests a minimum of 20 business days prior to the event. The Paul College Events Team will determine availability of space, review logistical requirements, and ensure there are no conflicts with other events/functions taking place on the requested date. 

Note: Events/functions should not be advertised until approval has been obtained.

To Request Space within Paul College for Paul College Sponsored Events:

→  Submission of the Request to Use Paul College Meeting Space form is required for all space within Paul College; including, but not limited to, the Great Hall, Courtyard and Front Lawn areas. Note: Completion/submission of the form does not guarantee room availability.

For successful event planning, plan to contact a photographer no later than twelve weeks in advance. For photo services, please contact one of the approved freelance photographers from this LIST. Starting early allows contracting with freelance vendors who can accommodate your event date and needs.
