Our dedicated Career and Professional Success office provides comprehensive career-planning for current students and alumni. We help our community identify, explore, and acheive their career goals through close collaboration with faculty, staff, alumni, parents, employers and community members. Paul College graduates are employed locally, regionally, nationally and internationally in a variety of private, non-profit and government organizations.

The  internship opportunity fund allowed me to be able to work for a nonprofit for the first time in my life – it was a job I had always wanted to explore but never had the financial security for! Thanks to IOF, I spent the summer working in a field I'm interested in while still being able to pay for rent and summer classes.
