Steven C. Michael Receives 2023 RIFC | ISoF Eminent Franchising Scholar Award  

Steven C. Micheal, Ph.D., has been named the 2023 Rosenberg International Franchise Center | ISoF Eminent Franchising Scholar. He will be presented with the award at the 36th Annual ISoF Conference in June. Dr. Michael holds the Bostrom Professorship in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

His research focuses on how opportunities are identified and exploited to create new businesses, markets, and organizations. His major research stream examines the business model of franchising, a worldwide venue of entrepreneurship and a vehicle for economic growth and development. Read more about Dr. Michael
