WHAT IS ANALYTICAL ECONOMICS?
Analytical Economics is a way of studying and understanding how the economy works using numbers, data, and math. It helps answer questions like why prices change, how people’s and organization’s choices affect the economy, and how policies impact different groups. By analyzing data and using mathematical models, we can make predictions and find solutions to economic problems. It differs from the Bachelor of Arts (B.A) in Economics in that it requires more quantitative and data analysis courses but does not require a foreign language.

What is the student-designed option?
A Student-Designed Option in Business Administration is available for those whose interests are not fully satisfied by any of the other currently available options in the business administration major. If you desire a self-designed option you must submit to the faculty coordinator a standard written proposal describing your objectives and intended program of study. After approval by the faculty coordinator, the proposal must receive approval from the Undergraduate Programs Office in Paul College.
