The Paul DEI Committee is excited to welcome our community back to campus for a new year of learning and growth.
For those new to our community, Paul's DEI Committee actively works to build an inclusive and diverse environment, where everyone feels valued, bringing our stakeholders together to collaboratively address issues such as power dynamics, equity, inclusion and justice within our community, through outreach, policy change, education and events.
What does that mean for you - our community?
- For our students: It means creating a community where they can learn from diverse perspectives, feel more connected, and be empowered in their educational journey.
- For our faculty and staff: It means fostering an inclusive work environment that helps staff and faculty grow personally, collaborate more effectively, and supports their professional goals.
