Deni Hatch is a Lecturer at the Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics. She teaches classes in Business Ethics and Organizational Behavior. During their doctoral program, Deni taught a variety of classes at the Eller College of Management and published research on the internal mechanisms of ethical decision-making. Her dissertation is entitled “From Deviant to Harmful Competitive Behavior: The Role of Guilt, Psychological Power, and Moral Identity”. In addition to being a Lecturer and the University of New Hampshire, Deni is also the Board President of 603 Equality, a non-profit organization that advocates for transgender rights in New Hampshire.
