Wenjuan Xie, the Faculty Fellow for Accreditation and Assessment, will provide an introduction of the Assurance of Learning (AoL) process at Paul College, focusing on the current assessment status of all accredited degree programs and the new recommendations and challenges proposed by the AACSB’s newest 2020 standards. Inviting all faculty members who may or may not have participated in assessment, she will lead a reflection and facilitate a discussion on what we can learn from the assessment and how to further contribute to the continuous improvement of student learning.
