The Class of 2025 hospitality students are excited to invite you to this year’s Gourmet Dinner on November 8 and 9, themed around the Renaissance Era.
The Gourmet Dinner is a capstone event for hospitality management students, held in the Great Hall. These students take full responsibility for all aspects of the event—from planning and preparing a specially crafted menu to managing finances, marketing tickets, and creating an unforgettable experience for all who attend.
This unique event offers students a chance to apply the skills they've learned in a real-world setting, bringing theory to life with hands-on experience.
