Please join Dev Dutta as he facilitates a four-week "Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation Program."

This free program is open to both Paul College faculty and staff and will take place from 12:45-1:45 p.m. in conference room 370N.


Orientation Session: March 28, Thursday, on Zoom, 12:45-1:45 p.m. EST
Four In-person Weekly Sessions on Tuesdays (April 2, 16, 30 and May 7)

To get the most benefit and build a brief daily meditation practice, it is recommended you participate in all the sessions. However, it's understandable if you have to miss a session due to an unavoidable scheduling conflict.
