The Paul College Inclusive Leadership Fellows program is designed to enhance the Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics’ efforts to build a more engaged and inclusive experience for students of diverse backgrounds as a foundation for enhancing our students’ academic and career success. The program is part of a larger initiative within Paul College aimed at strengthening diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in our community and our academic programs as well as better preparing our students to work successfully in the increasingly diverse workplaces of the 21st century.

The program will support six cohorts of 9-10 Diversity Leadership Fellows beginning in the academic year 2022-23. The cohort experience is designed to foster collaborative learning, an enhanced support network, expanded mentoring and engagement opportunities, and a stronger experience of inclusion and belonging within the college. Fellows will be selected as rising sophomores through a nomination/application process during the spring of their freshman year. Key criteria for selection will be merit, financial need, and demonstrated interest in diversity, equity, and inclusion. Priority will be given to students who have participated in the CONNECT program during their freshman year.

This new program offers $5000 per year of scholarship support, a dedicated academic advisor & program coordinator, mentorship programming, internships, & targeted learning & advocacy.
