As seniors in the Hospitality Management program here at the University of New Hampshire, students get the opportunity to express the fundamental skills and information that we have learned over the course of our 4 years here and put on a gourmet dining event. Students manage all aspects of the Gourmet Dinner including planning and designing the menu, decor, marketing, finances, and creating a pleasurable experience for those who attend. Save the date!
