Do companies really value what they say they do when it comes to diversity, equity, and inclusion? Career and Professional Success can help answer that question! CaPS has created the Diversity & Inclusion Employer Champion program to recognize employers that actively demonstrate commitment to DEI, making it easier for students to identify employers that align with their own DEI values and aspirations.
The program has two levels: Champion and Rising Champion, which recognizes companies that meet the criteria CaPS has set for the program at varying levels. There are currently 11 employers that are either Rising Champions or Champions: PwC, Liberty Mutual, Enterprise Rent a Car, Prudential, EY, Merchants Fleet, WIN Date Innovation, ALKU, and Unitil.
