New Research On Shared Leadership From Management Faculty

Michael Kukenberger and Jennifer Griffith along with colleagues Lauren D'Innocenzo and Andrea Farroand have had a recently accepted publication in a special issue on 21^st Century Leadership Development at The Leadership Quarterly (impact factor: 6.64). In a longitudinal study, they find evidence that shared leadership and performance are positively and reciprocally related over time. Also, they find that a team process intervention is positively related to the trajectory of shared leadership.
