Paul Pacers step challenge

The Dean’s Staff Advisory Committee, along with participating UNH Paul College faculty and staff, are in the last days of the Paul Pacers - Fall Step Challenge. It’s been a great opportunity to build community and camaraderie within Paul AND stay active during the colder weather that came in this month. The prize rules have been that for every 50,000 steps tracked in the month of November (Move-ember), your name will go into the drawing to win not one, but THREE days in the dean’s guest parking spot.

What's if all about?
  • Build community with fellow faculty and staff!
  • Boost your physical and mental health with endorphins!
  • Reduce stress and have fun!
  • Help reduce elevator traffic by taking the stairs (and adding to your step count!)
  • Compete to win the Dean’s guest parking spot for a day!

The StrideKick application has been used to track steps through the 3 months of challenges. Those who signed up but were not using the app, could track their own steps and simply add their steps to our spreadsheet in Box.

October participants were already signed up for November! The final results will be provided at the end of November.
