JOIN the Center for Social Innovation & Enterprise’s Panel Discussion to hear business leaders discuss how they are aligning profit and purpose in their own career journeys and embedding impact at the very heart of their business strategy.

Recent studies by Deloitte and others have shown a clear picture: Millennials and Gen Z share deep concerns about environmental sustainability and the future of society. They want to work for employers that are proactive about making a positive impact in society, and they want to use their own careers to drive tangible change. Unfortunately, Millennials and Gen Z are also often skeptical at best and often feel that business leaders are prioritizing the bottom line at the expense of workers, society and the environment.

This panel will paint a very different picture: A group of business leaders will discuss why it’s never been a better time to be a changemaker in business. The panelists will talk about how they are aligning profit and purpose in their own career journeys, and how their own companies – and many others - are embedding environmental sustainability and social impact at the very heart of their business strategy.

Panelists include:
Jessie Banhazl | CEO & Founder, Green City Growers
Jess Baum | Sustainability Manager, W.S. Badger Company, Inc.
Ashley Larochelle | Director, Vision Activation, MegaFood
Moderator: Eric Schwarz | Founder and CEO, College for Social Innovation
