Summer Social Innovation Internship program

Each spring the Center for Social Innovation and Enterprise (CSIE) selects a handful of idealistic, high-achieving, impact-focused student leaders for the Summer Social Innovation Internship program. Each intern works at a different host organization based on their skills and interests and reports to a supervisor at that organization. Interns spend the majority of the summer at their respective host organizations and occasionally come together as a cohort for trainings in social innovation and entrepreneurship and externships at mission-driven organizations. At a high-profile Showcase at the end of the summer (July 24, 2019), interns present on their experiences and their recommendations for how UNH can better support student change-makers and social entrepreneurs.

This summer will be the 9th year that CSIE will again connect UNH students with regional mission-driven businesses and non-profits. Students will spend 9 weeks working on strategic projects with support from UNH mentors, faculty and staff. If you know a strong UNH student who can benefit from this program please encourage them to apply!

Application Deadlines: Priority 2/15; Final: 3/1
