Paul College Events

On behalf of the Dean’s Office, the Paul College Events team would like to share the new Guidelines for Events, Programs and Meetings in Paul College. The guidelines, found here, were developed to better manage building usage and track engagement data and include information on requests for Paul College space, guest parking, engagement tracking and reporting, budget documentation and gifts/swag. 

These guidelines will become part of the Request to Use Paul College Meeting Space form as anyone planning an event, program or meeting in Paul College is asked to familiarize themselves with and adhere to these guidelines.
