Inchan’s primary research focuses on digital technology, technology meaning, digital entrepreneurship, and diversity. He employs both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, including grounded theory and advanced AI techniques. His work has appeared in leading outlets such as MIS Quarterly, Information and Management, International Journal of Information Management, Journal of Business Research, Internet Research, the International Conference on Information Systems, and the Academy of Management Meetings.

 

Inchan is deeply committed to developing future leaders. He emphasizes strong fundamentals while teaching cutting-edge technical skills and technology knowledge derived from his research and industry involvement. Drawing on his diverse life experiences, Inchan connects personally with students and pays close attention to each individual. In doing so, he inspires and supports them in realizing their full potential. His teaching interests include applied AI, digital technology impacts, digital entrepreneurship, venture capital, and the fundamentals of business technologies and analytics.


Inchan is a first-generation college graduate.
