<p>Peter Masucci joined UNH in 2002 and is now a Principal Lecturer in Marketing at the Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics, where he teaches/has taught a wide variety of marketing courses at both graduate and undergraduate levels.&nbsp; These include Principles of Marketing, Analytics, IMC, Marketing Research, Consumer Behavior, Digital Marketing, and Marketing Workshop, the latter is the capstone course for seniors majoring in marketing.</p>

<p>He is a two-time winner (2013 and 2006) of the college “Teaching Excellence Award” and was inducted into the Golden Key International Honor Society in 2006. &nbsp;In 2011 and 2012 he served as the Chair of the UNH Undergraduate Research Conference, one of largest events of its kind in America.</p>

<p>Prior to teaching, Masucci worked in the high-technology industry for more than 30 years. His career gave him extensive experience in the areas of marketing and management, and he held a variety of positions with companies in the computer, software, telecommunications, Internet and aerospace industries, and included work with both large, publicly held companies, as well as several small, pre-IPO start-up companies in roles of increasing management responsibility. He has worked on all aspects of the marketing and general management functions at such companies as FutureTense/Open Market, PictureTel, Sequoia Systems, Migration Software Systems, Alliant Computer Systems and Digital Equipment Corporation. Prior to these, he spent five years in the aerospace industry as a project engineer on the Apollo and Skylab manned spacecraft programs at Rockwell International, in Downey, CA, and conducting spacecraft trajectory analysis at NASA, in Cambridge, MA.</p>

<p>Masucci received a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Boston University, and an M.B.A. from Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts. He has lectured on a variety of marketing topics at industry conferences around the world and authored several articles on product marketing. He was a featured speaker the MIT Enterprise Forum workshop on marketing and has served as a judge in the NH State Business Plan Competition.</p>

<p>In addition to teaching, Mr. Masucci currently serves the Board of Trustees of the Wells (Maine) Public Library. He was Born and raised in Boston’s North End, he now lives at Moody Beach in Wells, Maine.</p>

Peter F. Masucci is a Principal Lecturer in Marketing at the Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire, where he teaches/has taught both graduate-level MBA courses in Marketing Management, Marketing Research, New Product Development, Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC), and Digital Marketing Communications (an online course), as well as undergraduate marketing courses in the Principles of Marketing, Market Opportunities Analysis, IMC, Marketing Research, Consumer Behavior, DMC, and Marketing Workshop, the capstone course for seniors majoring in marketing. Mr. Masucci has also taught International Management and Explorations in Entrepreneurship for the Management Department, and Product Development and Marketing in the Management of Technologies (MOT) graduate program.

Mr. Masucci has also served as a part-time Adjunct Professor at the School of Management of Simmons College in Boston, where he taught graduate-level courses in Strategic Marketing Communications, IMC, Emerging Communications Technologies and Digital Marketing Communications (online).

Mr. Masucci is a two-time winner (2013 and 2006) of the “Teaching Excellence Award” from the Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics at UNH, and in 2007 received the Bernstein Teaching Service Award from Simmons College. He was also inducted into the UNH chapter of the Golden Key International Honour Society in 2006. In 2011 and 2012 he served as the Chair of the UNH Undergraduate Research Conference (URC) planning committee. The URC at UNH is the largest event of its kind in America, and in 2017 saw over 1,000 undergraduates present their research work.

In addition, he serves as the Moderator of the Congregational Church of Wells, Maine. Born and raised in Boston’s North End, he now lives at Moody Beach in Wells, Maine.
