Paul is a professor of management at the University of New Hampshire’s Paul College of Business and Economics. He has also taught internationally with Semester at Sea and Corvinus University (Budapest, Hungary). He has a Ph.D. in organizational behavior from Florida State University and studies the causes and effects of perceptual biases (e.g., psychological entitlement) in the workplace. He is co-editor-in-chief for Group & Organization Management and has served as an associate editor for the Journal of Organizational Behavior.
