Paul is a professor of management at the University of New Hampshire’s Paul College of Business and Economics. He has a Ph.D. in organizational behavior from Florida State University and studies the causes and effects of perceptual biases (e.g., psychological entitlement) in the workplace. He has served as associate editor of Group & Organization Management and the Journal of Organizational Behavior and has taught internationally with Semester at Sea and with Corvinus University (Budapest).
