Next Level Leadership Program Celebrates 10 Years of Developing Regional Leaders

This past month, Paul College faculty conducted the 10th annual Next Level Leadership program, developed in partnership with executive leaders from six Concord-area organizations. The program helps prepare the region’s next generation of senior leaders by blending academic insight with real-world application.

Designed and delivered by Rachel Campagna, Jennifer Griffith, Peter Lane, Noele Lee, Linda Ragland and Faculty Director Tuck Pescosolido, the five-day experience engages high-potential managers identified by their organizations in sessions on team design, emotional intelligence, strategic thinking and conflict management.

Through workshops, professional coaching and a concluding leadership panel featuring regional executives, participants gain both the practical tools and developmental mindset needed to lead with confidence and clarity. The collaboration exemplifies Paul College’s ongoing commitment to connecting faculty expertise with the leadership needs of New Hampshire’s business community.
