Lynn Z. Austin is a global program manager and brand strategist who specializes in developing strategic partnerships and programs, and building brand engagement in the education, nonprofit, and corporate ecosystems.
As RIFC's program coordinator, Lynn leads the development and implemention of the strategic messaging, digital marketing, and brand storytelling efforts to build RIFC's brand as the thought leader in franchise research and education. She also serves as RIFC webmaster and content producer.
Prior to joining the RIFC team, Lynn was Global Strategic Partnerships Program Manager for Autodesk, Inc. in their worldwide education division. She researched and developed strategic partnership opportunities to drive awareness and use of Autodesk 3D design software by educators and students, and developed global go-to-market program plans for partnerships with international organizations focused on building 21st century career skills in students, such as CoderDojo, FIRST, VEX Robotics, WorldSkills International, and F1 in Schools (Formula One Racing).
Prior to joining Autodesk, Lynn served as Director of Strategic Partnerships and Engagement for NH PBS Television where she created and implemented award-winning multi-platform (TV, web, and live/in person) initiatives to engage and educate NH PBS audiences, raise awareness and stimulate civic participation on issues and topics of importance to northern New England PBS Television viewers.
