Jun Li Leads Successful AIB U.S. Northeast Chapter 2025 Conference
Dr. Jun Li, associate professor of strategic management and entrepreneurship at the Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics, recently chaired the 2025 Annual Conference of the Academy of International Business U.S. Northeast Chapter (AIBNE). The event was held at Bryant University on Oct. 18–19, 2025.
This year’s conference, themed “Global Business in a Time of Geopolitical Uncertainty,” brought together more than 100 participants from over 15 countries. The program featured 21 concurrent sessions and four plenary panels, including keynote addresses, editorial discussions, and mentoring workshops for doctoral students and early-career faculty.
Paul College proudly served as a Silver Sponsor of the event, alongside other sponsoring institutions: Northeastern University’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business, Villanova University School of Business, UMass Dartmouth’s Charlton College of Business, and Suffolk University’s Sawyer Business School.
As the largest chapter of the Academy of International Business, AIB U.S. Northeast fosters international business scholarship by encouraging interdisciplinary research, building collaborations, mentoring new scholars, and supporting innovative teaching. The success of the 2025 AIBNE Conference underscores Paul College’s ongoing commitment to advancing global business research, establishing international partnerships, and showcasing faculty leadership within both the national and international academic communities.
