During the academic year, Advanced Food and Beverage students studying Hospitality Management delight the UNH community and beyond with a gourmet dining experience.
Students are responsible, with instructional guidance from faculty, for all aspects of the event: planning and preparing the menu, selling and marketing the event, managing finances, and creating an enjoyable night for all who attend. The "Gourmet Dinner" series is an opportunity for them to apply fundamentals learned through Hospitality Management courses, and get real-world, hands-on experience.
In 2026, the event will highlight 100 years of UNH's Hospitality Management program, and will be held at Wentworth by the Sea in partnership with with Ocean Properties and the Wentworth's team.
