Paul College’s D&I Working Group is pleased to solicit proposals for grants to advance DEI in curricular and co-curricular experiences. The working group expects to fund up to four projects per year. The intent of this grant program is to provide resources for activities that will directly and/or indirectly influence student learning/experience, and that are not supported by current other resources. Proposed activities can include both one-time events and longer-term projects, and proposed activities should be linked to both short-term and long-term outcomes for student experience at Paul. Projects have a 13-month time frame for completion.

Proposals should address how the applicant(s) will utilize the funding to advance diversity, equity, and/or inclusion in the curricular and/or co-curricular experiences of Paul college undergraduate and/or graduate students.

Applicant teams should usually include participants from at least two of the following groups: faculty, students, staff.  When appropriate to the project, inclusion of stakeholders from beyond the college is also possible. Teams may request up to $2,500 - $3,500 for projects.
