MAC SMAC Summit Celebrates a Decade of Marketing Excellence

The Marketing & Advertising Club’s 10th annual MAC SMAC Summit returns on Friday, March 6, transforming campus into a one-day hub where students, faculty, and industry leaders collide within the four walls of our beloved Paul College. 

Built to spotlight UNH as a launchpad for marketing and advertising careers, this milestone annual event brings top brands and creative pros straight into our classrooms for real conversations, real insights, and real opportunities. This year’s theme, The Human Connection, dives into how empathy, storytelling, and instinct still holds great marketing power in an AI-driven world, with keynote speaker Bob Gates, creative director at CVS Health, headlining the day.

This free, open-to-all summit features a career fair, a live business challenge showcase, two expert panels on breaking into and evolving within the industry, and a 10th anniversary networking reception. Attendees will meet recruiters and professionals from companies including Raka, Timberland, Sentient, and BJ’s, building connections that can spark internships, mentorships, and future careers. Whether you’re a student curious about marketing pathways or a faculty member eager to engage with industry partners, MAC SMAC offers a front-row seat to where classroom learning meets the real world.
