Welcome to Paul: Maria Valdes Barron

Maria Valdes Barron

Paul College's Administrative Support Services team is excited to announce a new member of the Paul Administrative Support Services (PASS) team - Maria Valdes Barron.

Barron comes to our Paul with an extensive background and experience in administrative/logistical support within key sectors of the global economy. She also joins us as an internal applicant from within UNH, keeping in line with our goal of supporting development and growth within our UNH community. She just celebrated 1 year at UNH as well!

Barron is a results-driven professional with over 14 years of experience in supply chain efficiency, logistics management, customer service, and strategic sourcing. She has held leadership roles at DHL Global Forwarding, CASE New Holland, and Tireclick, managing operations across NAFTA, LATAM, and EMEA markets. After relocating to the U.S. five years ago, she took time to focus on her family before recently joining Paul College as an administrative assistant, where she enjoys working in an inspiring and collaborative environment.

Originally from Mexico and the youngest of five siblings, Maria is a dedicated wife and mother of two—Fatima, an avid reader and musical theater enthusiast, and Maxi, an aspiring soccer player, superhero, and scientist. She has a passion for cooking and cheering on her favorite soccer teams.

Our small but mighty team is grateful to have such a kind, talented and driven colleague join our group, helping us maintain and expedite support to our amazing faculty, staff, student and overall community!

If you have the chance before it gets too hectic in the run up to the end of semester, please pop by her office, 240, and welcome her to the Paul family.
