Hosted by Dr. Hachemi “Hach” Aliouche, director of Paul College’s Rosenberg International Franchise Center (RIFC) in partnership with the International Franchise Association Social Sector Committee, the free 60-minute virtual conference compared how commercial and established social franchisors assess franchisee performance and compliance and how they provide ongoing support to their franchisees.
