New NH SBDC Guide Helps Small Businesses Build Accessibility and Inclusion
At the New Hampshire Small Business Development Center (NH SBDC), accessibility isn’t just about compliance — it’s about opportunity.
Accessible workplaces and customer experiences benefit everyone by driving innovation, strengthening employee engagement, and opening doors to new customers.
In recognition of National Disability Employment Awareness Month, NH SBDC is proud to introduce the Disability Resource Guide for Small Businesses — a practical, easy-to-use toolkit designed to help business owners make their workplaces more inclusive and welcoming.
This important resource was developed in partnership with the Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire, led by Jennifer Griffith, associate professor of organizational behavior. Thanks to the support of NH SBDC’s federal, state, and community partners, this guide — and all NH SBDC services — are available at no cost to New Hampshire businesses.
