JPSSM Marvin Jolson Award for Best Contribution to Selling and Sales Management Practice

Cinthia Satornino, new faculty member in the Marketing department and new Research Director for the Center for Sales Excellence, and her coauthors won the JPSSM Marvin Jolson Award for Best Contribution to Selling and Sales Management Practice for their paper, titled "Whom to Hire and How to Coach Them: A Longitudinal Analysis of Newly Hired Salesperson Performance."

Additionally, The Keller Center for Research at Baylor University, which publishes the quarterly Keller Center Research Report, is featuring the 2020 JPSSM article in the KCRR during 2022. The Keller Center Research Report is distributed to approximately 9,000 real estate sales professionals in the US.
