The 2026 Hogan Distinguished Lecture will take place on April 23, 2026. This year's speaker, Hilary Hoynes, is an economist and the Haas Distinguished Chair in Economic Disparities at the Richard and Rhoda Goldman School of Public Policy at the University of California, Berkeley. She studies the impact of tax and transfer programs on low-income families, particularly single parent families.
