We are delighted to share that registration is now open for the 2026 Community, Accessibility, and Belonging (CAB) Conference on Friday, March 27, from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Paul College.

This year’s conference theme, Wealth Inequality: A Call to Action, invites participants to critically examine the growing economic divide shaping life across the United States. Through research-driven panels, policy-focused discussions, and community-engaged perspectives, the conference will explore how wealth inequality is experienced in everyday life, its long-term economic and social consequences, and the interventions being developed to address it.

Featured sessions include:

  • Researchers examining the long-term economic impacts of inequality
  • Policy experts addressing reform in the health and housing sectors
  • The Tree of Power workshop
  • Nonprofits addressing wealth inequality across New England

We are honored to welcome Brian Goldstone, PhD, anthropologist, journalist, and economic justice advocate, as the conference keynote speaker. Goldstone is the author of There Is No Place for Us: Working and Homeless in America, which chronicles the lives of five working families navigating housing instability despite steady employment. The book was named one of The New York Times’ Top 10 Books of the Year, one of The Atlantic’s Top 10 Books of the Year, and was included on former President Barack Obama’s 2025 year-end reading list. Copies are available through the UNH Library in print and eBook formats and will also be available for purchase during a book signing at the conference.

A full conference agenda, panelist list, and additional resources related to the conference theme are available on the conference website.

Space is limited, and registration will close prior to the event. Early registration is encouraged.
