From this week’s Graduate Programs Networking Night, to Holloway and the Paul Community Awards, there is something of interest to everyone. See below for a selection of our upcoming events.
Paul College ASVD – Saturday, March 29, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:45 p.m.
Students admitted to Paul are invited to spend the day on campus learning more about their major, meeting faculty and future classmates, and exploring UNH’s beautiful campus.
Mini Admitted Students Visit Day #1 – Friday, April 4, from 4:00 to 7:30 p.m.
Students admitted to Paul, who couldn’t make the full-day ASVD, are invited to spend the afternoon on campus to hear from Associate Dean Luciana Echazu, attend a student panel and Q&A, visit the academic department fair, and then enjoy dinner at Holloway Commons.
Graduate Programs Area Reception - Wednesday, Apr. 9, from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m.
Paul College's premier graduate recruitment event invites prospective students to network with faculty, staff, current students and alumni. This is a fantastic opportunity for interested parties to learn more about our graduate programs, meet new people, and enjoy refreshments.
Bud Albin Challenge – Friday, April 11, from 12:50 to 8:00 p.m.
Twenty teams, falling within one of four tracks, pitch their business concepts to a panel of industry judges over the course of the afternoon.
At the conclusion of the Semifinal Bud Albin Challenge Round, all teams will receive detailed feedback from the judges and six teams will advance to the Holloway Prize Competition Championship Round.

Paul College URC - Friday, April 25, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:45 p.m.
Come support our undergrads on Friday, Apr. 25, as they present original research they've conducted alongside our esteemed faculty. Students will be presenting posters in various disciplines, as well as giving oral presentations on marketing projects.
FIRE URC – Saturday, April 26, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Teams of first-year students take on one of four stages in developing and presenting a business plan: research and literature review, written business plan, poster presentation, and oral presentation. These plans are then presented at the FIRE URC, where they are judged by a panel of faculty, peers and alumni.
John A. Hogan Distinguished Lecture in Economics – Thursday, May 1, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.
The John A. Hogan speaker series invites a distinguished individual from academia, public policy, government, organized labor or business to speak on important U.S. labor market trends and relevant policy issues. This year, Betsey Stevenson will discuss, “Women’s Evolving Role in the Labor Market: Families, Work, and Gender Equity in the 21st Century.”
Keynote to be followed by a reception in the Great Hall. RSVP via Office Forms.
Graduate Admitted Students Visit Day – Wednesday, May 3, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Admitted students are invited to join in with our GPO faculty, staff, and fellow students to mingle, ask questions, enjoy lunch, and explore Paul College’s classrooms and common spaces.
Holloway Prize Competition – Tuesday, May 6, from 1:00 to 6:00 p.m.
Innovation takes center stage once again! The Paul J. Holloway Prize Competition returns for its 37th year, transforming Paul College into a launchpad for creative and impactful business ventures on Tuesday, May 6 at 1 pm, with reception at 4:30 p.m.

Senior Toast - Thursday, May 15 from 2:40 to 5:30 p.m.
Paul College’s beloved tradition of celebrating our graduating class’s achievements! Join Peter T. Paul as he leads the Senior Toast with his saber and the pop of champagne. Appetizers will be provided.
Graduate Commencement Eve Reception – Friday, May 16 from 5:00 to 7:30 p.m.
A celebration for those graduating with their Master’s or Ph.D from Paul’s graduate and Ph. D programs. Attendees enjoy appetizers and wine bar, can mingle with fellow students, and faculty and staff, and take photos with friends and family in our photo booth!
Commencement Ceremony - Saturday, May 17, from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m.
All UNH Durham and College of Professional Studies ceremonies will take place in the Whittemore Center. Masters, Ph.D., and Doctoral candidates should attend their programmatic college's ceremony.

Undergraduate Post-Commencement Reception and Champagne Pick-Up – Saturday, May 17, from 10:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
Paul College graduates and their families are invited to Paul College immediately following the Commencement Ceremony for pastries, coffee, and tea. Graduating students (both bachelors and those with advanced degrees) can also pick up their complimentary bottle of Peter Paul Champagne.
Paul Community Awards – Monday, May 19 from 2:30 – 4:30 p.m.
Join fellow faculty and staff to commemorate the end of the academic year, and to celebrate the success of fellow nominated colleagues and those heading to retirement.
