Paul College’s Executive Education program is launching “The Leadership Edge," a new open-enrollment leadership development series for business leaders. This program is designed for high-performing managers and emerging leaders looking to drive strategic change, elevate their leadership effectiveness, and prepare for the future workforce.

If you know professionals in your network, including industry contacts, colleagues, or perhaps even former students who might benefit from sharpening their leadership skills, they might be interested in this program.

Participants can choose one, two, or all three of the two-day sessions, each offering a digital micro-credential and, when combined, an elective option in our MBA program.

  • Part A: Driving Strategic Change, April 22 & 23 – Leadership, negotiation, strategic influence, and building a culture of engagement.
  • Part B: Leading People Effectively, April 29 & 30 – Growth-oriented leadership, teamwork, tough conversations, and delivering impactful feedback.
  • Part C: Innovating for a Sustainable Future, May 21 & 22 – Design thinking, sustainability, strategic foresight, and AI in the workforce.

Please share this exciting opportunity with anyone who might be interested.
