Paul College proudly hosted the New England Association for Graduate Enrollment Management (NEGAP) Fall Conference on Nov 15.
The conference brought together graduate enrollment management professionals from across New England for a day of networking, learning, and collaboration. Throughout the event, our staff had the opportunity to shine:
Annie Nevells and Emma Pennewell from Paul College’s Graduate Programs Office led a compelling session on “Fostering Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Graduate Enrollment Management.” Their session sparked meaningful discussions on creating inclusive environments to support diverse graduate student populations.
Nevells, director of graduate enrollment and advising, received special recognition during the event, being honored with the Graduate Student Award for her outstanding research contributions to the field of graduate enrollment management through her doctoral studies at Plymouth State University.
Attendees also enjoyed a dynamic session from Bianca Nicolosi (UNH Marketing) and Courtney Mulvey (UNH Graduate Admissions), who shared their collaborative approach to crafting a streamlined and personalized email strategy. Their efforts have successfully boosted prospective student engagement while simplifying internal workflow/
Paul College Dean Lucy Gilson capped off the conference with a keynote address about building high-impact teams. Her insights on leadership, creativity, empowerment, and diversity encouraged attendees to invest in team growth and cultivate resilience within their organizations.
Thank you to Nathaniel Hunt for his exceptional organization and leadership in making this event a success. Special thanks also go to the conference attendees from institutions across the region for their enthusiastic participation.
