Mark your calendars for Friday, February 7, 2025, for the third annual DEI Conference from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Great Hall.
This year’s theme is Expanding Perspective, a call to action for attendees to challenge preconceptions, break down barriers, and advocate for each other in our workplaces so that everyone can cultivate a path to thriving.
The conference is designed to go beyond awareness, providing actionable insights and strategies to build a more inclusive and innovative workplace, especially for those with disabilities, visible and invisible. Each session is intentionally crafted and staffed to provide attendees with tools to foster inclusive environments, where differences are not just accepted but celebrated as essential contributors to collective success.
