Dean Lucy Gilson
Welcome our new Dean Lucy Gilson to the Paul Community. Lucy joined us Aug. 15 and comes to Paul from the University of Connecticut, where she was associate dean for faculty & outreach, faculty director for the Geno Auriemma UConn Leadership Conference, and faculty advisor for Women in Business. In addition to being a skilled and experience administrator, Lucy is a world-renowned researcher on virtual teams and team effectiveness.
