On behalf of Paul College Dean Merrill-Sands, Staff and Faculty a 'Free Food for Finals' event (aka Baked Goods GiveAway) was held May 9 from 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Students enjoyed a variety of goodies and treats to help them through their exams. This final exams event enables staff and faculty to show students how much they are appreciated and that we care about them.
The event was also In support of the UNH Swipe It Forward program for food insecure students in need. Swipe it Forward is a program for UNH undergraduate and graduate students who are challenged by food insecurity to simply and confidentially request and receive meal swipes for use at any of the three dining halls or as a Meal to Go or Meal Exchange. This program exists thanks to ongoing financial support from UNH staff, faculty, students and the community. Donations can be made in a variety of ways including credit card, cash, payroll deduction and donating swipes.
