On Friday, April 5, 2019, Peter T Paul College of Business and Economics hosted the 3rd Business Analytics Symposium. Six distinguished data scientists, business analysts, and researchers from well-established companies such as Ford, Wayfair, Johnson & Johnson, Conde Nast, Staples, and Dell EMC offered their expertise. Our speakers presented a variety of interesting predictive and prescriptive methodologies used to derive decisions and create value for the firms.  It was fascinating to hear their individual stories, the types of datasets they work with, and the methodologies they use. We all learned a lot.
