Noele Lee is an accomplished Project Manager, Program Manager and Program Management Office (PMO) leader with close to 30 years of experience in world-class companies and consulting firms, managing multi-million dollar global programs & change initiatives. She has deep implementation skills in strategy, organizational change management, program management, M&A, organizational design, process design, training, resource management, employee development and business analysis. Noele is a strong communicator, leader, collaborator, mentor, teacher, coach and presenter.

As a Lecturer in Decision Sciences, Noele teaches Management Information Systems, Computing Essentials and Operations Management. In her prior academic role, she created and delivered a new, hybrid undergraduate business course titled ”Introduction to Business Analysis” at Suffolk University for 5 years. Additionally at Suffolk, she created and delivered course content for an MBA Collaboration course including two modules focused on Project Management and one module focused on Business Analysis. This content was used for both face-to-face and online delivery.

Noele holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management with concentrations in Marketing and Human Resources from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She also earned an MBA from Rensselaer with a concentration in Information Systems. Noele is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
