Noele Lee has over twenty years of corporate experience in financial services specializing in project and program management, organizational change management, and organizational design. Her leadership roles spanned across Information Technology and Risk and Compliance where she drove global initiatives focused on large-scale mergers and acquisitions and transformation programs.
After five years of being an adjunct faculty member teaching Business Analysis, Noele transitioned careers into academia. She thoughtfully brings extensive corporate experience to the classroom where she teaches at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. She is focused on teaching the practical application of technology, project management, and operations management tools and methodologies.
Noele is a Senior Lecturer in the Decision Sciences Department at the Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire where she has taught since 2019.
