Qingran Li
Qingran is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at Paul College. Her research focuses on data-driven analyses to inform environmental policy decisions, spanning three areas of focus: (1) optimizing critical design parameters of climate policies, (2) evaluating the energy consumption/production decisions and impacts, and (3) modeling bioeconomic dynamics to assess marine policies.
