The Rosenberg International Franchise Center (RIFC) explores and advances the understanding of the world of international franchising and franchising business models through research, education, and outreach. Our education focus is two-fold: franchise courses and learning resources.
UNH Franchise Courses
We offer franchising-focused courses to undergraduate students in The Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics with case study analyses, field work, and independent project work. RIFC Director and Associate Professor Dr. Aliouche’s lectures are enriched by guest speakers from various franchise business sectors. UNH Students enrolled in the International Franchising HMGT 756 / MKTG 756 course may also be eligible for RIFC student awards and scholarships.
Learning Resources
We make education-focused franchising resources accessible online to students and the general public for out-of-classroom exploration and self-guided learning. Visit our What Is Franchising?, Learning Resources, and Resources pages to find franchise-related educational materials.
