Who Should Attend

The Leadership Certificate Program is designed for individuals with five or more years of progressive management experience who are at pivotal moments in their careers. Organizations would leverage this program as a way to invest in the development of their high potential leaders. Participants have typically developed a reasonably extensive business and functional skill set. Thus, the Leadership Certificate Program explores leadership broadly and deeply. You can expect to be in the company of other high-achieving leaders who face similar challenges and opportunities. Peer coaching, collaboration, and the establishment of lasting networks are essential elements of the learning experience.

  • A Manager who is assuming a new role, initiative, responsibility or team
  • A successful manager not yet (or not recently) exposed to best practices in leadership, management, motivation
  • A successful supervisor, project manager, etc. who wants to prepare for a future role in management
  • A high potential individual contributor seeking to develop leadership capabilities
  • Those tasked with teaching other people management skills, a coach, trainer, or consultant
  • One seeking self-improvement through comprehensive assessment of management skill and style, with coaching
Admission Criteria
 

Admission is self-selecting. Content will be taught at a pace that assumes at least five years of work experience in progressively responsible roles. Rapid growth and rapid change are reasons people frequently cite for selecting this program.

Admission Process
 

To register, participants should Begin Registration and pay online. There is an option to pay by invoice if you prefer.

Early Bird pricing ends six weeks before the program start date. Registrations are accepted until the class is full. Twenty-five participants is the class cap.

Q. Do you offer UNH credit for Open Enrollment programs?

A. No. You will receive a certificate of completion.

 

Q.Does this class offer CEU?

A. Yes, all UNH Open Enrollment classes offer CEUs; There will be an opportunity to request certification during class.; If you missed that opportunity, contact us.


 

Q. How many participants are in a class?

A. We keep classes Just Right. Big enough so that there are ample opportunities to learn from your peers and network with the brightest in our area. Small enough so that you receive individual attention and can participate fully.Ten to thirty participants is typical.

 


Q. What is the dress code?

A.This is your class. Dress to impress yourself. Our faculty will be business casual, for the most part.

 

Payment, Cancellation, Transfer Questions Answered
 

Q.When is full payment due?

A.You have not successfully reserved your seat until full payment is received.  Payment is due upon registration and confirmation of a program. Invoices are due upon receipt.  Payment must be received two weeks prior to the first day of the program.

 

Q. May I pay by check?

A. Yes. Fill out the online registration. At the bottom of the form, click the, "Pay full cost online" button.  When you get to the payment screen, X out.  Someone from Executive Education Programs will contact you about payment, probably by email.
