      • Develop general strategies for effectively preparing and evaluating negotiation and conflict situations.
      • Understand your approach to negotiation
      • Learn efficient strategies to reach a deal, balancing both the relationship and financial outcomes.
      • Develop greater confidence in the negotiation process.
    • Day 2 - Morning session: Building a Culture of Engagement

      • Identify Key Drivers of Employee Engagement  - Understand the psychological and organizational factors that contribute to a highly engaged workforce and how they impact retention and performance.
      • Develop Strategies for Foster a Motivating Work Environment - Learn evidence-based approaches to creating a culture of trust, recognition, and meaningful work that enhances employee motivation and commitment.

This session will explore the challenges of leading oneself while fostering a high-performing, engaged team.
    • Explore Leadership Strategies for Career and Organizational Growth - Participants will gain practical insights into advancing their own careers while fostering leadership and excellence within their organizations.
    • Navigate Budget Realities while Driving Leadership Development and Team Success - Leaders often face limited resources, salary constraints, and competing priorities. This session will provide practical strategies for recognizing, rewarding, and growing talent within real-world constraints.
  • Day 1 - Afternoon session: Teamwork and Collaboration

    • Understand the Principles of Effective Team Design - When teams underperform, we usually blame it on "poor team dynamics" or one "bad apple". This session will explore how team design sets a team up for success (or not) from the very beginning.
    • Identify how Team Design Impacts Team Performance - Analyze a real-world case study to recognize how team design impacts both individual and team behavior.
    • Apply the Principles of Team Design to Your Team - You are certain your team can do better, but you aren't sure how to create that improvement. This session will provide participants with a tool they can use to assess their team's design and suggest changes to stimulate higher performance.
  • Day 2 - Morning session: Mastering Tough Talks

    • Strengthen Emotional Intelligence and Resilience -  Cultivate self-awareness and emotional regulation skills to manage personal reactions and stay composed during difficult conversations.

    • Identify What to Change and What to Reinvent in Your Business - Learn a structured approach to deciding what practices, products, or services to keep, improve, remove, or create to drive innovation.
    • Develop High-Impact Innovations Without Increasing Costs - Explore how to offer greater value to customers or employees while optimizing resources and eliminating unnecessary expenses.

  • Day 1 - Afternoon session: Building a Design Thinker's Mindset for Creative Problem Solving

    • The Red Queen Effect -  Technological disruptions, disruptive change, and the nature of wicked problems.
    • The Need for Creative Confidence - Marshaling creativity to achieve continuous innovation at work.
    • Developing the Design Thinker's Mindset - Human-Centered Design as a way to engage in creative problem-solving to meet user needs.
    • Two Overarching Alternate Design Thinking Frameworks - The Double Diamond and the 4W Method.
    • Hands-on Practice and Groupwork Utilizing Several Design Thinking Tools - Explore hands-on practice with some of these tools: What's on Your Radar? Stateent Starters, Customer Journey Mapping, Round Robin Problem-Solving, Concept Poster, Abstraction Laddering, Importance/Affinity Matrix, and Insights from Alternate Worlds. The actual tools we will use during the session will be from the aforementioned list, and will be suited to the nature of the identified problem that will be ideated on and solutions created for.
  • Day 2 - Morning session: Integrating Sustainability into Leadership Practices

    • See the Big Picture: Why Sustainability is a Business Imperative -  Understand how sustainability has evolved from a "nice-to-have" to a core business strategy 0 and where it is headed by 2030 and 2040.
    • Connect the Dots: How Sustainability Drives Business Success - explore how sustainability strengthens competitiveness, fuels innovation, and future-proofs businesses in a rapidly changing world.
    • Think Like a C-Suite Leader: Making Strategic Sustainability Decisions - Navigate the complexities of integrating sustainability into business strategy - balancing the triple bottom line while tackling industry disruptions and regulatory pressures.
    • Lead the Chane: Embedding Sustainability into Strategy and Leadership - Discover practical ways to embed sustainability into your organization, engage stakeholders, and drive meaningful impact for both business and society.
  • Day 2 - Afternoon session: AI Revolution? Preparing for Tomorrow's Workforce

    • Developing AI Adoption Strategies -  Participants will learn to create practical AI adoption roadmaps that align with organizational goals and capabilities, enabling effective transformation and competitive advantage.
    • Enhancing Decision-Making with AI - Participants will acquire skills to hardness AI for transforming raw data into actionable insights, leading to improved business decisions.
    • Implementing AI in Business Operations - The program teaches how to identify processes suitable to AI automation, design implementation plans, and manage change during automation transitions, thereby streamlining workflows and reducing costs.

Building a Design Thinker’s Mindset for Creative Problem Solving​ 

Today, the business world is going through turbulence. Old rules and ways of doing business are being shaken up, new technologies and ever new forms of work with limitless possibilities are emerging, and disruptors are coming into the market and testing the dominance of incumbent players. In this half-day workshop, you will learn the tools and techniques of a human-centered design approach to creative problem-solving. You will walk out of this workshop with knowledge to operate with a design thinker’s mindset and solid practice on deploying and working with related tools and frameworks.
