Embark on the Pathway

Interested undergraduate students:

  1.  Are encouraged to talk with their Paul College advisor about taking an accounting class in the spring of their freshman year.;
  2. Should apply to the MSA Financial Leadership Pathway early in the spring semester of sophomore year;
  3. Should apply to the accelerated MSA program no later than the fall semester of their junior year (you must have a 3.2 GPA or higher to qualify). Let the Paul College Graduate Admissions Team know you are interested, and they can guide you through the application process, so you are able to enroll in some graduate courses once you have completed 90 undergraduate credits.

 

What's the difference between the Pathway and a M.S. in Accounting?

The MSA Financial Leadership in Accounting Pathway uniquely prepares you for completing your M.S. in Accounting. If accepted into the Pathway, you will gain insight into the Accounting field through exclusive events and mentorship opportunities ahead of choosing to apply for your Master's of Science in Accounting (MSA), with the added benefit of being able to receive your degree on an accelerated timeline, if accepted into the MSA.
