Pascal Orliac is a Lecturer at the University of New Hampshire’s Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics where he teaches courses of Organizational Behavior and HR Management in the undergraduate program. He shares with his students his business experience, international perspective, and multi-cultural background.
Pascal's core expertise is in HR strategy, talent and performance management, leadership succession, compensation and benefits, organizational design and development, international mobility and relocation, post-merger cultural integration and restructuring.
Pascal is a co-founder and EVP US Operations of Care2care Medical Travel. Care2care started in July 2017 to assist American patients to get high-quality healthcare and pharmacy supply in France at an affordable cost. Care2care offers a unique opportunity to help individuals and self-insured employers to bridge the enormous gap existing in the US healthcare system between expensive providers and struggling patients.
He serves as a Senior Consultant and member of the Board of Advisors of Pragmatic Consulting Inc., a Portsmouth NH based Management and Strategy Consulting firm.
Prior to joining UNH, Pascal Orliac was Vice President Global Human Resources of Goss International. In this capacity, he directed the design and implementation of HR strategies and practices across multiple locations in the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific for a global leading manufacturer of printing equipment. Pascal is genuinely passionate about all aspects of business strategy and its translation into effective Human Capital plans.
He started his career as an entrepreneur and was a co-founder of two companies in the Tourism industry in France.
Pascal holds an MBA from HEC Paris, France, and a Bachelor degree in Management Sciences with concentrations in Marketing and Finance from Paris University. He is a member of the Human Resource Leadership Forum (HRLF) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Pascal is also a member of the Board of Directors of The Birchtree Center helping children and youth with autism. He lives in Durham, NH, with his wife, who teaches French at various levels and schools, and their younger daughter.
