Den Hatch is a Lecturer at the Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics. They teach classes in Business Ethics and Organizational Behavior. During their doctoral program, Den taught a variety of classes the Eller College of Management and published research on the internal mechanisms of ethical decision making. Their dissertation is entitled “From Deviant to Harmful Competitive Behavior: The Role of Guilt, Psychological Power, and Moral Identity”.
