New Guidelines for Events, Programs and Meetings in Paul College

On behalf of the Dean’s Office, the Paul College Events team would like to share the new Guidelines for Events, Programs and Meetings in Paul College. The guidelines, found here, were developed to better manage building usage and track engagement data and include information on requests for Paul College space, guest parking, engagement tracking and reporting, budget documentation and gifts/swag. 

Ideas Wanted! SVIC Registration is Open

The NH Social Venture Innovation Challenge (SVIC) is an idea-stage competition with the goal of inspiring a large and diverse group of students and community members to develop innovative, solution-oriented thinking and providing a forum to shine a light on these ideas. The SVIC engages aspiring and practicing student and community social entrepreneurs in designing novel, sustainable, business-oriented solutions to some of society’s most pressing social and environmental challenges. SVIC winners receive awards that help bring needed resources to advance these promising models.

We welcome you to the concluding day of the 6th annual New Hampshire Social Venture Innovation Challenge: a day of inspiration, information, networking, and celebration of New Hampshire’s student and community social entrepreneurs!

This initiative of the University of New Hampshire has been organized by the Center of Social Innovation and Enterprise in conjunction with the Carsey School of Public Policy, Paul College of Business and Economics, UNH Sustainability Institute, and Net Impact UNH.

CSIE & Paul Scholars see a Business Harnessed as a Tool For Good

CSIE Executive Director, Fiona Wilson, led a special day of changemaker programming for 54 first-year Paul Scholars, “which supports and recognizes the most academically promising students majoring in business administration, economics and hospitality management”. The day included sessions to encourage students to think about their values and passions, an opportunity to meet recent graduates who are using business concepts to advance positive change, as well as a conversation about how the tools of business can be used to address some of the world's most pressing challenges.
